HOW to make your mat last : - Best if the the mat be kept in a sheltered area and not exposed to heavy rain. Great for indoor use too! - Constant direct exposure to the elements (snow, rain, sun) will make the mat fade faster so please keep that in mind. - If the mat does get wet, just flip the mat over and let the water drain. Then, let the mat dry in the sun. We recommend shaking your mat out once a week. * Some shedding of fibers during the first month of use is expected as coir is a natural material.
